To Our Valued Customers:

We are reaching out to let you know how we are responding to this unique situation. We want to assure you that we take the well-being, comfort and safety of our customers and employees very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). With that being said, ABC Closets remains open and operational with appropriate measures to protect the health of our customers and our employees.

We have and will continue to follow the guidelines of The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

As we stay current on this evolving situation, we want to assure you that we are taking the appropriate precautionary measures, such as:

• Our In-Home Design Consultants are following preventative safety measures, which include washing hands/using hand sanitizer before and after each visit, the use of latex gloves during estimates and practicing social distancing as recommended by the CDC. We will be available for online video consultation to discuss project and go over plans. For those that would prefer we use the lock box, we could measure closets at a time when you are not in the home if this would help you feel more comfortable.
• Installations - We have implemented immediate updates and extra precautions to our existing service when we are in your home. Our installers are following preventative safety measures, which include washing hands/using hand sanitizer and focusing on cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces after each visit. The use of latex gloves will be used during installations.
• Ongoing staff training to enhance cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment within your home.
• As always, instructing our staff to stay home if they are not feeling well.
